Once upon a time...
DemandEAT was born from a real need: simplify and strengthen the connection between restaurants and their customers.
After living and working in different countries, we noticed a common pattern: despite technological advancements, ordering food or finding a good place to eat became increasingly confusing. Multiple apps, excessive commissions, inflated prices, and manipulated rankings ultimately alienated diners from the authentic experience… and restaurants from their own business. Independent restaurants, in particular, lost visibility to large chains and platforms that mediate every step.
DemandEAT was created to change that. Our mission is to give every restaurant control over their brand, their margin, and their direct relationship with their customers.
